Course details for breathing retraining in the Barossa and Adelaide
Individual consultations take approximately 60 minutes, I am able to offer the program over a longer period of time in 30 minute sessions.
The programme involves a health, breathing pattern and symptom assessment and reassessment at different stages. Instruction in tailored breathing exercises and lifestyle guidelines to assist restoring your natural breathing pattern. Most people attending the programme may experience a reduction in symptoms in the first few days of learning the exercises.
Course costs for the Barossa and Adelaide
The Breathing retraining course includes 4 x 90 minute sessions,
and personal progress folder and course notes.

Initial Consult - $185 ( 1 hour )

Individual consult 1 hour - $165 (5 to 6 sessions to complete the program)

Individual consults 30 minutes - $82.50 (12 sessions to complete the program)

Children individual and initial consult - $165 (1 hour)

Children individual consult 30 minutes - $82.50 (30 mins)

Zoom consult - $165 per hour billed by time taken ($165 per hour)

DVA are welcome with a specific GP referral

NDIS that are plan or self managed are eligible
